About the Program
Xezawi is a self-paced online educational program. It explores the relationship between chronic stress and physical performance through video lessons, written content, and reflection exercises. It's educational content, not clinical treatment or personalized coaching.
Anyone who wants to understand how stress affects their body and physical experience. You don't need to be an athlete or have a fitness background. The content is designed to be accessible whether you're very active, mostly sedentary, or somewhere in between.
Neither, really. It's an educational program. We explain concepts from physiology, neuroscience, and behavioral science in accessible language. What you do with that understanding is up to you. The goal is knowledge, not a specific outcome.
No. Xezawi is educational content only. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or professional health advice. If you're dealing with a health condition, please work with qualified healthcare providers.
There's no required timeline. Modules range from about 19 to 38 minutes each. Some people work through the whole library in a few weeks. Others dip in and out over several months. The program is designed to be revisited as your life and stress levels change.
Content and Access
Not strictly. The Foundations modules are a useful starting point if you're new to the topic. But if a specific module in Movement or Recovery is more relevant to where you are right now, you can start there. Each module is reasonably self-contained.
Each module includes video instruction, a written summary, and reflection prompts. Some modules include additional reading references for those who want to go deeper into the research. Everything is accessible from any device.
